good quality multi tool

"this tool was a surprise. most multi tools are cheap gadgets. this tool is worthy of my tool belt. it has a really accurate level built in! the tape is basic... just a pretty good tape. but the WRITING SURFACE is a great idea! i use the writing surface every time day! it even comes with a pencil with a little holder strap. the pencil is a basic pensil, but i put one of my own in.
a 'must buy' I was impressed, and i have been a finish carpenter for 23 years"
